        Do I need to have a bank account with Cim Finance?
        No, you only need to create a merchant account for MoPay at Cim Finance by registering and submitting an application through our digital onboarding platform.
        How do I get paid?
        Payments are settled on a monthly basis. All transactions for a particular month are settled to your preferred local bank account in the first week of the following month.
        What if the customer does not repay the instalment?
        Regardless of whether the customer repays the instalment or not, you are guaranteed to receive payment as per the settlement cycle.
        Where can I see my transactions?
        Our merchant portal offers real-time tracking and monitoring of MoPay transactions, providing you with detailed oversight for efficient management.
